Only the best live band in the world, Air Bourne, some say they are a ACDC sounding band but they list Rose Tattoo as one of their influences and it shows in their music just as much as ACDC. But I'm not the one who said they were the best live rock band, many critics have said that. But there are lots of good well known rock bands from Aussiland.

We will see how much they are remembered 40 years from now,if they are still there, which I doubt then you can say they are a great band. As for new rock, you need to look offshore as the US has forgotten how to do rock, the Aussies have the best new rock acts in the world. The Brides are from Hollywood and have been together for six years singing glam rock, not likely to be taken real serious by the largest rock audience.

Sorry but BVB and KISS are not in the same category music, people can like many different types of music and that is ok. I just don't like EMO rock, it's like a bunch of over privileged kids crying that they didn't get their treats. A bunch of limp wristed kids trying to pretend they are rock stars. Kiss was a so so band with a few good songs over the years but not the great heroes they think they are.

Looking at BVB i see everything i look for in a rock band,(good vocals,interesting lyrics,fast drumming,strong bassline,amazing solo's,etc).Alice Cooper-the man who made rock 'n' roll better(by that i mean darker) and inspired KISS,himself said:" A real rock band should look like Black Veil Brides".You might not like them.But they are a great band.
