Essentially, this is the theoretical foundation for all of these future advances. To do this, the Government has drafted a medium-term federal target programme, Atomic Energy Technologies of the New Generation. The programme funding will commence next year and amount to over 120 billion rubles between 2010 and 2012. Well, this is the first subject on our agenda, our related plans and my basic comments. And now, Id like to say a few words on the other subject of todays meeting. The second subject on our agenda is approval of the projects aiming to develop supercomputers. Of course, the fact that we are discussing this issue in Sarov is also no accident; now that there is a global ban on nuclear testing, the reliability of a nuclear complex or nuclear shield can only be tested through the use of computer models, as we just discussed. Thus, the most powerful supercomputers in the country will be located at federal nuclear centres. The same is true in other countries as well. Our task is extremely difficult. I am not saying that it is impossible, but it really is very difficult, and this makes the practical results we achieve all the more important. I therefore hope that during the time between our meetings you all give top priority to your work within the commission, because you also have a great many routine obligations too, a huge number of documents that all here both produce and sign. But we have to think about the future too, and this is why I say that I hope you are all treating these matters as priorities. We have two main subjects of discussion today. The first is medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, and the second is strategic computer technology and software. These are unquestionably both important subjects, priority areas. Opening Remarks at Meeting of the Commission on Modernisation and Technological Development of Russias Economy.Part 2 August 31, 2009 Pokrov, Vladimir Region Вступительное слово на заседании Комиссии по модернизации и технологическому развитию экономики России. 31 августа 2009 года Покров, Владимирская область Third, we need to make effective use of the export potential and financial possibilities of various organisations, including Rusnano (Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO), the Venture Corporation and existing market institutions in general. We have not made much progress in setting up national centres to work on the priority technological development areas. There is little to report so far. We need to establish centres for developing innovative medical equipment and medicines. Incidentally, the owners of this enterprise have the idea of establishing a modern centre of this type right here as part of the pharmaceuticals cluster that has already taken shape to some extent in the Vladimir Region, and that there are plans to develop. This is a good idea overall. They also want to get the best specialists involved in this project, not just specialists working here in Russia, but also those who have left to work abroad. These are top-class professionals. They think it would be possible to attract them back with the help of a clear system of incentives scientific opportunities plus a salary at European level or higher. 7 декабря 2011 г. в Махачкале прошло очередное заседание комиссии по адаптации. Севиль Наврузова, член дербентской комиссии, вызвала на это заседание из Дербента двух девушек с грудным ребёнком, сказав им, что будут рассматриваться дела их мужей - братьев Сефербековых. Девушку с ребёнком не пустили даже внутрь здания, больше трёх часов они провели на улице. В итоге оказалось, что дела Сефербековых не рассматривались, хотя после заседания Севиль сказала их жёнам, что их дела были рассмотрены в самом начале. После звонка в республиканскую комиссию её ложь выплыла наружу. После этого в администрации г. Дербента состоялся разговор Севиль Наврузовой с обманутыми девушками. Поскольку г-жа Наврузова не знала, что разговор записывается, обошлось без гуманистического глянца, уже ставшего привычным при освещении данной темы. Приводим отрывок из этого разговора, дабы немного расширить представления о методах работы данной комиссии, которые формируются в обществе на основе официозных СМИ.
